Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any program, engagement or contract between Bisa Baik Bersama and a partner, which are set out in their own signed agreements.

Agreement

By using bisabaik.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Yayasan Rumah Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, which runs the Bisa Baik Bersama program.

What this site is for

This is an informational site. It describes who we are, how we work, and what we have delivered. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a contract, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates an obligation on either side.

Any actual engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Acceptable use

You may read, quote and link to this site. When quoting, please attribute the material to Bisa Baik Bersama.

You may not:

  • use the site in a way that breaks Indonesian law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or its email systems;
  • interfere with the availability of the site, for example through automated overload;
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers;
  • present our material as your own, or use our name, logo or wordmark to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

The contact form

Use the contact form for genuine inquiries. Do not use it to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content, or personal data about a third party who has not agreed to it being sent.

We are not obliged to respond to every submission, though we aim to reply to genuine inquiries within two working days.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, design, logo and wordmark on this site belong to Yayasan Rumah Pembangunan Berkelanjutan or to the people we licensed them from. The Exit Forward Model and the PasarBaik name are ours.

The Sustainable Development Goals wheel that appears in our logo is a United Nations asset used in the context of our development work. It is not our property and we claim no rights in it.

Where we link to another site, including PasarBaik.com, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date at every moment. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. See our Disclaimer for what the content on this site does and does not represent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes fall to the courts of Jakarta Selatan.
